We’ve been hammering out our appearances for 2010 (and would you believe 2011 already?) for the past couple of months. Well, we’ve solidified a number of events we’re going to appear at and we’re VERY excited to announce that we will be running the Anime Track for Ancient City Con in Jacksonville, Florida.
Ancient City Con is a Northeast Florida convention for fans of Science Fiction, Fantasy. Anime, Comics, Collectibles, & Gaming. It started in 2007 and was the first high profile fan convention to bring anime related events back to the Jacksonville area since DreamCon in 2004. Now in its fourth year, the staff at ACC have been working hard to expand their entertainment for their attendees, and Wasabi Anime is thrilled to be a part of it. You can already purchase tickets in advance for $20 (weekend pass).
Keep watching the website over the next month as we begin to announce specific events planned for this amazing convention.

There has been a lot of wondering as to whether or not the FX Show in Orlando, Florida would be returning or not. The show celebrated its 20th year last year, but mediocre attendance had a lot of fans wondering about whether the show was done for good.
Well, good news for the show’s fans: the website is back up and running as of today and, though there are no specifics yet, the show is slated to come back in the fall of this year. Check it out: www.FXShow.com.
